The truth of Christmas

As a child, my grandfather always read the story of Christ’s birth ahead of exchanging gifts. My father continued this important part of our celebration to his grandkids.

Now the torch has been passed to me.

Although the miles separate us this year, the tradition continues with this recounting of the birth of Jesus from the gospel according to Luke for my precious grand’s.

Let us never fail to remember God’s greatest gift this season. Hope has come.
